By using Sellixy, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Service

Sellixy provides tools to help businesses:

• Recover lost sales
• Automate customer conversations
• Improve revenue through messaging platforms

You agree to use Sellixy only for lawful business purposes.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of your information

3. Messaging & Compliance

You agree:

• Not to send spam or abusive messages
• To comply with WhatsApp and applicable laws
• To obtain user consent where required

Sellixy is not responsible for misuse of messaging features.

4. Payments & Fees

• Sellixy may charge platform fees (e.g. % of transactions or subscription)
• Payment processing fees are handled by third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Modify features
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

6. Limitation of Liability

Sellixy is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Messaging platform restrictions
• Third-party service failures

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• You misuse the platform

You may stop using Sellixy at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All Sellixy software, branding, and systems remain our property.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
